General terms and conditions

Please find below the terms and conditions for the Sierre-Zinal Challenge and the Postal Bus game. 

1. Organiser

The Sierre-Zinal Challenge is a joint initiative of Sierre-Zinal and Postal Bus. Further information can be found on the Sierre-Zinal website at sierre-zinal.com.

 2. Eligibility to enter

This game is open to any individual residing in Switzerland who is 18 years of age or older. Please note that Postal bus and Sierre-Zinal personnel, their promotional partners and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 

3. Period of play

The game begins on 10 June 2024 and concludes on 31 December 2024. All entries must be received within this period to be valid.

4. How to enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, passengers can scan a QR code available on Post buses, download the “Sierre-Zinal Challenge” game, create an account and play at least once to be eligible for the draw.

Please note that in order to be contacted in the event of winning, each participant must provide valid and up-to-date information when registering. 

5. Selection of winners

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place during the month of January 2025.

The probability of winning is dependent on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Prizes

The first prize is a complimentary entry to the Sierre-Zinal 2025 event.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative or other goods or services will be offered.

7. Winner announcement

The winners will be informed via the Sierre-Zinal Challenge application within 14 days of the draw.

Should a winner fail to respond to the email notification within 14 days, they will forfeit their right to the prize. The Organiser reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

8. Data protection and publicity

By participating in this game, each participant grants the Organiser the right to use their name, image and/or voice in any publicity or advertisement without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for any lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or incompatible entries. 

10. Game modifications

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend this game in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if it is deemed necessary to do so.

11. Applicable law

The game is subject to Swiss law, and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be submitted to the competent Swiss courts.

12. Acceptance of conditions

By participating in the game, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
